Shipping Policy – Aura Lens

At Aura Lens, we are committed to delivering your contact lenses quickly, securely, and reliably. Our official shipping partner is Leopards Courier Service, ensuring timely deliveries across Pakistan and beyond.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All major cities and towns within Pakistan.

  • Remote and rural areas serviced by Leopards Courier.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 200 flat rate on orders below PKR 2,000.

  • Free Shipping: On orders of PKR 2,000 or more.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available with no additional fee.

Note: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value.

3. Delivery Time

  • Major Cities: 2–3 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next working day.

Prescription verification may cause slight delays if required.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • You will receive an order tracking number via SMS or email once the package is dispatched.

  • Prescription orders may be subject to additional verification, which could affect delivery times.

5. Tracking Your Order

You can track your order using the tracking number provided via the Leopards Courier website:

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, Leopards Courier will make a second attempt. If both attempts fail:

  • The order will be returned to us.

  • We will contact you for re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.

  • International shipping is currently not available.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event your package is lost or damaged during transit:

  • Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will coordinate with Leopards Courier to resolve the issue.
